Tried this product at the start of last month (November) as I was waking between 6 and 7 times a night randomly and have been for quite some time now, can honestly say after the first night I went from 6 to 7 times to just waking once,and within a few days I now sleep straight through.
Highly recommend to anyone having trouble sleeping .

I suffer from psoriasis (autoimmune condition) and after only a week of taking this, there has been a marked reduction in itchiness. I only take one scoop every morning so it is very easy to incorporate into your daily diet. Personally, I recommend this if you suffer from autoimmune issues. There's no harm in trying it and seeing if it helps you.

I have always struggled to get consistent sleep throughout the night without waking up atleast 10-15 times and not get enough deep sleep, That was until i tried “Sleep with Serenity” capsules before bed, I noticed a difference almost straight away as i was only waking around 6 times in the night and i was getting a deeper sleep which meant i was feeling fresher in the morning, This product really does help with my sleep pattern and helps me feel more refreshed in the morning, If anyone is struggling with sleep like me i recommend you give this product a try as for me personally it has helped massively, amazing product and blend.
