This really works when I'm feeling low I drink a cup in the afternoon and my energy is up again for at least 2 more hours . That’s the decaf version.
I accidently bought the caffeinated this time. so I bet I will be super energised lol . Lovely tasting product. I dont have to add sugar. It’s not too bitter, and I will be back for more x

Since having a coffee in the morning my memory and wellbeing is more alert.

I purchased my first bag of Instant Golden at a Christmas Fair and what a change it has made to my joints. I started with aches and pains in my fingers from hard graft over the years. As soon as I started drinking Instant Golden I could tell a difference. I will not be without it now.

Delivery was good, First purchase at a Xmas market. Bought sea moss which has really helped my health. Now use golden tea in porridge and hot chocolate on some evenings as well as continuing with the sea moss. I feel healthier and have recommended.

Love this decaf mushroom coffee. A really great taste and keeps me focused and energised. So pleased that there is a decaf one too. I have recommended Lion and Bear to all my friends.
