How To Use

Maitake has a subtle umami taste making it perfect for incorporating into hot and cold drinks like coffee, cacao and smoothies. As well as being enjoyed as a seasoning in cooked food like pasta and risotto. Maitake can also be added to food such as peanut butter, yeast extract and overnight oats. The fine spray dried particles dissolve almost effortlessly.
