How To Use

Use 1-2 grams per day. Reishi has a bitter taste making it perfect for incorporating into hot drinks like coffee or cacao, as well as being enjoyed in a traditional Reishi tea. Reishi can also be dispersed into food such as peanut butter, yeast extract and overnight oats. The fine spray dried particles dissolve almost effortlessly.
